With five cask lines, twelve kegs, half a dozen ciders, and an incredible assortment of wines and spirits, Furley & Co is Hull’s craft beer epicenter. The structure seems like it could have been in a dockyard, but inside it has been transformed into a sleek and contemporary bar.
It’s family-friendly, dog-friendly, and dog-friendly, plus there’s live music. In addition, from any of their three outside tables, you can take in breathtaking panoramas of the historic docks.

THE DOLPHIN
The Dolphin is one of our favorite Whitby watering holes because of its picturesque location over the harbor and river and because it welcomes dogs. Upon check-in, the staff will play with your dog, provide a bowl of water, and provide out free snacks.
When you need a place to rest your head, you and your family are more than welcome to stay in the hotel up top.

THE KINGS ARMS HOTEL
Located in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales, the Kings Arms is among several beautiful sights and hiking trails, such as the mystical Aysgarth Falls, which is only a 10-minute drive away. Fans of James Herriot’s “All Creatures Great and Small” may recognize this bar as the one frequented by Herriot and his friends.

THE SANDPIPER INN

INN AT THE SHIBDEN MILL
The distance between the Shibden Mill Inn and Shibden Hall, the home of Gentleman Jack and diarist Anne Lister, is less than two miles. This lovely Yorkshire inn welcomes the entire family, even Fido, where you can unwind in the pub’s lush garden or the cosy atmosphere of the bar.
Dogs are not permitted inside, but if you sit at the bar and request a new dish of water for Fido, you can still indulge in the delectable food at this award-winning gastropub.

THE DERAMORE ARMS
Although the Deramore Arms is located close to York University, its clientele is surprisingly diverse. They are huge fans of regional classics and brews from small, independent breweries.

No one should turn their nose up at The Dog & Partridge because it was voted the finest dog-friendly pub in Sheffield. THE GEORGE & DRAGON

THE STUMP CROSS
Compared to the other establishments on this list, The Stump Cross is decidedly more up-to-date. There’s always something to entice you to come in, plus the staff is wonderful and won’t hesitate to make a fuss over your new furry buddy.

THE WOOLPACK
The Woolpack, a popular watering hole on the Emmerdale TV show, is also one of the most dog-friendly watering holes in all of Yorkshire. A classic example of a country bar, it’s just as cozy and inviting as it appears on TV. …at least from the outside.
The menu is short and sweet, but they serve a variety of drinks and memorabilia from the TV show Emmerdale. It is highly recommended to make a reservation in advance, especially during the peak summer season.

THE FARMERS ARMS

After completing the Wessendon Valley Circular, unwind in the charming village of Marsden. As you might have guessed from the name, The Riverhead Brewery Tap is a fantastic microbrewery with a garden that looks out over the Colne.
Dogs are welcome both inside and outside, and they are allowed to enjoy some complimentary treats while their human friends dine on award-winning BaoBros23’s international street food.

THE DOG & PARTRIDGE
The magnificent Dog & Partridge may be found on the border of the Peak District, right in the center of Sheffield, Manchester, and Leeds. Yorkshire’s dog- and family-friendly The Plough Inn can be found in a remote part of the Pennines, but it’s worth the trip to experience this beautiful destination pub that feels like it’s been transported back in time.
Walkers and woofers can come inside to warm up by the fire and fill their thirst, with dog bowls for Fido and plenty of local ales for the people, just as travelers have done for years.

THE FOX AND RABBIT
The Fox and Rabbit is an exquisite tavern set in the North York Moors, not too far from Scarborough or one of our favourite hikes near Robin Hoods Bay. Dogs are welcome inside and out, and the courteous staff will fetch some water for them.
If you’re hungry after a day of exploring the Hole of Horcum, you don’t have to worry; this bar has earned its name with its hearty, home-cooked meals served in generous servings. You’ll need to make a reservation in advance if you want to get one of their famous Sunday lunches.
