The lawsuit also claimed that underwear with Agoin and antimicrobial odor contained copper and silver nanoparticles. In 2023, Thinx agreed to pay a $4 million settlement as compensation for resolving a class action lawsuit. The lawsuit alleged the presence of harmful chemical substances in Thinx underwear. As part of the settlement, Thinx has committed to avoiding intentional addition of forever chemicals to its products. Eligible individuals can claim settlement costs for up to three purchases, receiving a $7 refund with valid proof of purchase under the federal period. For pairs without proof of purchase, the Thinx Lawsuit Class Action Payment offers a cash reimbursement of $3.50 each. Additionally, eligible individuals receive 35% vouchers, allowing discounts of up to $150, with a minimum discount of $52.50.

If you bought specific types of Thinx underwear in the US between Nov 12, 2016, and Nov 28, 2022, you might be eligible for the Thinx Lawsuit settlement.
