THE MARBLE ARCH
Located outside of the Northern Quarter, the Marble Arch is a traditional English bar. The glazed-brick decor and well preserved vintage details, like the mosaic floor, give this bar a nostalgic feel that makes for a memorable drink.
The menu and drinks are limited yet thorough, and the grub is designed to go well with a cold lager. This dog-friendly Manchester bar welcomes all four-legged guests and makes sure they get lots of attention.

The Wharf is one of the most dog-friendly pubs in Manchester, and many people bring their canine companions there after a stroll down the canal for some much-needed water and treats.

SEVEN BRO7HERS (ANCOATS)
All the Seven Bro7hers pubs in Manchester are fantastically dog-friendly, with bartenders and customers alike lavishing attention and affection on canine customers while they wait for their owners to place their orders.
Seven Bro7hers, a local brewery whose popularity has surged since it opened in 2014, has a variety of beers available at each bar.

THE REFUGE
It’s quite obvious from the name that this cool old bar is located in the grandiose former Refuge Assurance Building, and patrons are welcome to “come as they are” in this welcoming establishment. Your pet is welcome to come inside with you and there are plenty of places to eat and drink.
The staff may even provide your dog a bed and some snacks on the house so he or she can relax as well as you do. The Volta, their other nearby bar, also welcomes four-legged friends.

THE OAST HOUSE
The Oast House, which can be seen on the Irwell’s banks, appears to have been plucked straight out of the landscape. As one might expect from a rural watering hole, the unexpectedly rustic pub serves hearty fare and a variety of beers.
There is an abundance of wine available, as well as a deli counter that will make your mouth wet and your dog’s tail wag until you buy some meats and cheeses to enjoy with your drink.

If you and your dog are taking a break from a hike along the Trans Pennine Way or just taking a stroll through Chorlton Water Park, Jackson’s Boat is the perfect place to rest. They have a bike rental service and a soccer field, so if you bring the dog along, you won’t be able to enjoy either.

This student bar has the vibe of a vibrant common room, despite being named “Common,” making it an unusually good place to meet up with friends.
